The Xplor Photo Pass is flexible and you can add all your relatives or friends coming with you, plus including photographs from other parks you’ll visit on your trip. Access your Xcaret account to get them or to our download site, enter your code and get all the pictures in high definition directly on your laptop or PC, or share them to your social media profiles from the Xcaret App.

FAQs about the Xplor photo package
How to download the pictures of Xplor and Xplor Fuego?
- If you are visiting Xplor during the day or Xplor Fuego for a nighttime adventure, your photos will be ready to download 24 hours after. Just have to access your Xcaret account to watch them, or visit our download photo website, enter your code, and select the park’s album you want to see.
What happens if I don't have a laptop where I can download my Xplor photos?
- The photos of your visit to Xplor or Xplor Fuego will be available for 30 calendar days from your purchase date and you can download them as many times as you want, to keep them forever and in high definition. You can also download the Xcaret App to your mobile and share your Xplor photos directly on your social media profiles.
How can I purchase my Xplor photos?
- Add the Xplor Fuego or Xplor photo package when you buy your tickets to the park, and include all your companions. When you arrive at the ticket booths on the day of your visit, let us know so we can prepare everything and link your entry bracelet and helmet to your package, so you can take all the photos you want. If for some reason you did not purchase it before, you can buy it through our Customer Service Center or at the ticket booth before entering Xplor.
